PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT POLICY
The website BOGOTAFITNESS.COM, is a page property of DANIEL CORTES, natural person, domiciled in Colombia, governed by Colombian law and the present Terms and Conditions, which the USER is obliged to respect from the moment of entering the site. If the USER does not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, he/she must refrain from accessing the website or making use of its services.
1. Definitions
a. User: person who enters the DANIEL CORTES website or makes use of any of its services.
b. Website. URL address (BOGOTAFITNESS.COM) owned by DANIEL ESTEBAN CORTES and to which these terms and conditions apply.
c. Owner. DANIEL CORTES, who has control over the content that is entered, deleted or remains on the site, as well as the publication of the same.
d. Data processing: Any operation or operations (collect, store, analyze, analyze, transmit, delete, etc) that is performed with personal data.
e. Data Controller. Who decides on the treatment that is given to the personal data of users, which for the purposes of these terms and conditions will be DANIEL CORTES.

2. Personal data processing policy

When the Superintendence of Commerce finds that the owner has failed to comply with the data protection policy established herein or with the minimum required by law, the USER may request the deletion of their personal data both from the website and from the databases of DANIEL CORTES and third parties to whom it has been transferred in any way.
Terms of response: the owner will respond within a maximum of 10 (ten) working days to requests for consultation of personal data that are raised by the USER through the channels established for this purpose. When the request is about correction, updating or deletion of data, the term of response will be 15 (fifteen) business days.

Copy of authorization: the owner will keep a copy of the authorization granted by the USER for the processing of his/her personal data and will deliver it within 10 (ten) working days following the request made by the USER. The terms will begin to count from the business day following the date of the request.
Disclosure of information: DANIEL CORTES may disclose the USER’s personal data when required by competent administrative or judicial authorities.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the website, including, but not limited to, images, text, videos, logos, designs, layout, files, etc. is the property of DANIEL ESTEBAN CORTES and the USER may only use it for personal purposes. Any downloading, reproduction, storage, storage, transmission, transfer to any title, for non-personal purposes is prohibited.

5. Moderation
To ensure the proper functioning of the website and a safe experience for users, DANIEL ESTEBAN CORTES may:
a. Change at any time these Terms and Conditions, as well as the privacy policy of the website.
b. Deny the registration of a USER.
c. Remove at any time the USER’s personal data from its databases.
d. Eliminate the content that the USER has entered to the page, including but not limited to comments, images, logos, videos, plans, designs, among others.
e. Suspend temporarily or permanently the publication of the website, as well as any of the services it provides.
f. Eliminate without prior notice part or all of the content added by the USER to the site.
The USER, to ensure the proper functioning of the site and a safe experience for others shall:
a. Access only those sections of the site for which he/she has been authorized.
